TaxSpace Chartered Accountants NZ ("we", "us") is a chartered accounting practice based in Auckland, New Zealand. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the service you're enquiring about, and any message you write.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics and PostHog to understand visits, site performance, navigation, and whether visitors use our contact or booking features. PostHog uses local browser storage and privacy-safe session replay to help us find usability problems. Contact form fields and Calendly booking areas are excluded from recordings, and we do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, or accounting information to analytics. These services may process limited device, location, and technical information needed to provide analytics and performance measurements.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide accounting services to you. We don't sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How it's stored

Enquiry details are sent directly to our office email and handled the same way as any other client correspondence. If you become a client, your information is stored and protected in line with our professional obligations as a chartered accounting practice.
